This is a brilliant polish, and I mean brilliant because like Riveting it is lit from within. The shimmer is what runs this polish and it is eye-catching and light-catching. Application is a breeze, and it took three coats to get the pictures above so it’s great coverage. It’s a little wintery, as the name implies, but I wouldn’t at all mind working it in the summer.
